But, that doesn't help me for the Outlook program that I purchased.
I did realize just today, that when I logon to my Hotmail account via, I'm able to check, close, forward, sort etc. It's very frustrating, as checking email and working in Outlook 365 has become infinitely slower. I received the reply below, but unfortunately, have not been able to correct the issue.
